Safety, Conduct, & Policy

Player Safety

- All players must wear league-issued flag poppers and uniforms. 

- Mouthguards required. No metal cleats allowed. 

- Injured players must be substituted until cleared.

Code of Conduct

- No Alcohol – possession or consumption at fields is prohibited. 

- No Smoking or Vaping – strictly prohibited in all league areas. 

- No Fighting – physical altercations result in immediate ejection and suspension, with possible removal from the league without refund.

Uniform & Equipment Policy

- All players must wear the official Top 7 league jersey with team logo. 

- Black athletic bottoms are required for all players. 

- No pockets or zippered pockets allowed on shorts/pants. 

- Players not in proper uniform are ineligible to play until compliant. 

- Uniform payment must be completed before participation

Discipline & Enforcement

- Referees judge contact as legal, incidental, or excessive.

- Penalties may result in yardage, ejection, or suspension.

- Flagrant acts result in immediate ejection and Commissioner review.

- Commissioner’s decision is final in all disputes.
